This tools combines my top 3 favorite tools for mocap cleanup.

BAKE IT = Instead of using a constraint you can bake the data onto the child.  Also allows for creating locators on selected objects.

SCALE IT = Scale graph curves by pinning left side, right, both, zero, sections of the curve.

SMOOTH IT = Smooth keys on a curve with a button.

Tested using Maya 2023 .mel script.
