How do I create my first product to sell?
We recommend you watch our get started videos as there are a few settings when creating a product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Issues with my order.
– Reach out to the creator of the product by visiting their main store page and selecting “Get Support”. Sellers are responsible for proper functions of their files and must be tested out.
– Inquire about a refund.
– Ensure your billing address is correct.
What is your return policy?
Got Rigs allows sellers on our website to set their own refund policies and issue refunds to their customers.
Unless the product was fraudulent, misleading, or a duplicate purchase, we aren’t able to refund the customer.
You must reach out to the seller of the product within 30 days of the purchase and provide your information as well as a reason for the refund.
If the buyer doesn’t hear back from the seller within 30 days of contacting them, Got Rigs can issue a refund if applicable.
How can I access my purchased files?
Simply follow your purchase confirmation email or login to your Got Rigs account and navigate to your Downloads page.
